By using GarageExit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GarageExit is intended for founders, builders, and business users who want help clarifying positioning, messaging, and launch language.

GarageExit is a live product and is still evolving. Features, workflows, pricing, access rules, and outputs may change as we keep improving the experience.

We may add, remove, pause, or revise features at any time.

You are responsible for using an accurate email address and for keeping access to your account secure.

Invitation codes, launch access, and free or discounted entry paths are limited by the rules attached to them. We may revoke or disable access if an invitation is misused or if the product is used in a way that harms the service or other users.

Do not use GarageExit to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Do not use the product to submit highly sensitive personal information unless we clearly ask for it.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to GarageExit.

You give us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and transform that content as needed to operate the service, including through our infrastructure, payment, email, and AI providers.

GarageExit may use AI-assisted systems to generate or refine outputs. Those outputs can be useful, but they may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in public, legal, financial, hiring, regulatory, or customer-facing contexts.

Paid upgrades and related checkout flows are handled through Polar and its payment infrastructure. Your purchase may also be subject to Polar terms and payment processor requirements.

We do not store your full payment card details. Access, entitlements, and invitation-linked discounts may depend on a successful payment or a valid invitation rule.

GarageExit, including its product design, branding, text, software, and service materials, is protected by intellectual property law.

These terms do not transfer ownership of GarageExit to you. They only give you a limited right to use the service as provided.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, misused the product, created security risk, or exposed GarageExit or other users to harm.

You may stop using GarageExit at any time.

GarageExit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

We may update these terms as GarageExit changes. When we make a material update, we will revise the date on this page.
